What is the best twitter app for the iPhone??
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Twitterific is very powerful, but gets slammed for having an extremely complicated interface.
Tweetie is another popular choice. Interface is clean, but it can't do everything Twitterific can do.
Twitterfon is free, and just as powerful as Tweetie but has ads. Twiterific also has a free, ad supported version.
To the best of my knowledge, the only thing Twitterific has that Tweetie doesn't is easter eggs (which are cute, but useless) and "list creation." So, along with the basic timeline, you could have a list for family, friends, coworkers, etc etc. and text size. Actually, Tweetie does have easter eggs, i take that back :)
I personally prefer Tweetie, it's very attractive, works great, cheap, and delightful. If you don't want to pay, the Twiterific Lite app is pretty good if ads don't bother you.
