What is the best touring bike for a beginner who wants to use it for a 15 km commute and hopefully some tent camping in the future?
So far, been waffling between a Fuji Touring and a Raleigh Sojourn. I live in northeastern New Brunswick, so if it's only available in Europe, won't be much help. I could go to Maine for a great deal, though...

I recommend the Victory Men's Touring One Cruiser Bike which has a 26x18 inch wheel frame, just perfect for your 15km ride for commuting. It also has a single speed and linear pull brakes and features a quick release seat for easier manipulation.
