M$I usually recommend the Rotadent for patients with braces, crowding or periodontal disease. My general preference for those with straight teeth is the Oral B line and the sonicare are best for those with difficulty maneuvering a brush like those with arthritis or Parkinson's disease. This is also the best pick if you like the traditional rectangular brush shape.
