It's also been said that flying through the air at high speeds under your own propulsion isn't a good thing for human skin if it was possible to do so.

This is just if you could only choose one, of course. If I could double up, it would be invulnerability and super strength a good 1-2 combo!

M$I love my work, oh and I can even meditate on it! Seriously, for me excellence is awesome, because with excellence and brilliance you can knock the daylights out of anyone and there you are: a super-being!
Every thing follows thereon: Money, fame, fan-following, praise - take your pick or just choose a recluse, because if you're super good at your task, you will be chased ;)

M$On an offensive note, to destroy a villian you could materialize into them or grab them and teleport them somewhere with a hostile environment or leave them in whatever void you're suspended in while teleporting. If you're into the NBC show Heroes...Hiro could not only teleport, but bend space time by traveling forward or backward through time. This would make you unstoppable...with proper training (i.e. hand to hand combat, weapons, ballistics, guerilla warfare, etc...). They had to make Hiro kinda silly, otherwise he would have defeated Sylar during the first episode.
