What is the best store do you recommend to buy kitchen gadgets & small appliances?

Okay guys, which store do you like to get your supplies from, such as kitchen gadgets and small appliances?

I mainly like Bed Bath & Beyond because they have a HUGE selection of stuff!! Like all of the Oxo gadgets! They are really durable and attractive! And their appliances seem plentiful as well.

Macy's is 2nd, but they don't have as many Oxo gadgets like BB&B does. Then there's Target, Kohl's & Kmart, aka Sears. Kohl's is pretty decent!!

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I live in a very small area. We have to drive about an hour to any good store and then, it's even limited. There is a Macys and a Target, which I find to be a good place to buy some things kitchen related. The Macy's has a pretty good selection of stuff to pick from, but the last time I tried to use a coupon, they wouldn't let me use it on appliances. They said the coupons could not be used for items that plugged in, only things kitchen related that was not electrical. That upset me and while they might have changed their coupon policy, I have not been back since.

My personal favorite place to shop for things I can't get at target or any of the other little stores we have is Chefs online. The have just about everything imaginable and beyond. Kitchen tools is something I take seriously and so do they. They have hard to find items. If you sign up with them, they send specials. I ordered a great double boiler from there recently and got it in a timely manner.

I definitely prefer Bed Bath & Beyond for kitchen gadgets, appliances, cutlery and cookware. BB&B carries top brands, but you can often find them on a special and/or you can use your 20% of coupon to save money on your purchase (If you don’t have a coupon, sign up online and they’ll send you one).
After Bed Bath & Beyond, I like to look for outlets – Williams Sonoma Outlet and Crate & Barrel Outlet are two of my top choices. Again, I like the opportunity to get top brand products at a very good price. Certainly there are times where buying name brands is costly, but I do think that when buying cookware, there is often a significant difference between the good stuff (so long as you take care of it) and things that you can buy at Target or Kohl’s.

I like shopping Target for things like this because you can get all the items to match as well. I also think Targets pricing is very compitable to other stores as well.

I shop for kitchen gadgets at Walmart[ or Kmart. I too live in a fairly small town and the closest stores to us are Kmart and Walmart.

Although the stores are known to be reasonable or cheap, I have never had any complaints for anything I have bought there. We most recently bought a flat screen TV at Walmart, and I know that is not a kitchen gadget, but we love it.

My son recently picked up a garlic press, food scale and whisk at Walmart, for my birthday and I love them.

I suggest shopping on Ebay for small kitchen gadgets, as well. You can get them brand new and with the economy the way it is, you would be so surprised at how cheap you can get things. I like to call it a buyers market right now.

Sellers can not sell, so we keep lowering prices. It is a GREAT time to get amazing deals!
