What is the best state to incorporate in for tax reasons?
Taxes on businesses vary greatly from state to state. I understand that many businesses incorporate in Delaware State as the taxes on business are very low, and there are significant incentives for businesses to relocate there. What are the best states to incorporate a new business in, and for what reasons?
