What is the best state for a new business to incorporate in for tax purposes?
We are in the process of starting up our internet based business and are wondering, what the best state in the Union is for tax purposes? Which states offer incentives to new businesses to relocate to their state? What states do not tax internet sales? Does the financial health of the state make a difference?
