What is the best sport for neck/shoulders and belly?
Thanks!

I've had knee and back problems recently and have been doing physical therapy. A lot of the exercises I've been given over the first five sessions are things my trainer from five years would do with me and call "core training."
Also, I've started doing pilates seems to be an amazing way to build up your core without impact.
Note: I'm not a doctor and have no sports training. Please consult your doctor or trainer.

M$I have scoliosis, so my back is always in pain. But during periods of my life where I was doing a well-rounded strength training program, My back has hurt less.
Like Jason, I'm NOT a doctor, so I'd seriously recommend talking to one. And spring for a personal trainer, too. They're well versed in what exercised will help you most.
