What is the best Smartphone to sync email with Outlook/Exchange and Rave CRM.
Rave is the CRM software I will be using for this Project. They were recently acquired by Intuit (the quickbooks people). I'm in the market for a Stable, Reliable Smartphone with the capability to sync or work well will our current email setup using Exchange and Outlook. Please be detailed in your answer. Carrier is not important, we are ready to jump to any provider that can give us reliability.
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

A blackberry is your best bet.
They're strong, reliable, secure, very well supported and based on your points above, will be a good solution.
Blackberry devices integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Outlook and Exchange. There are various levels of integration and even with no cost or traning, your team can be syncing their devices to Outlook and Exchange without any hassle at all. This is a core strength of the Blackberry.
Specifically for Rave CRM, Intuit has a "Field Service Management" web based software that will work seemlessly with the blackberry. Your users on the field will be able to access the CRM and complete just about any task they could with a full desktop client.
Intuit has even gone the extra mile and tested the Field Service Management software with Blackberry devices.
I would reccomend either the Blackberry Bold or Blackberry Curve:

Curve:

Wile the Bold is the latest and greatest blackberry with some enhanced web browsing features that you may find useful, the Curve is less expensive and still has many of the same features.
I hope that this helps Mbsushi!
