Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

This always comes down to personal preference. I have an AMD X2 6000+ with 4GB of RAM and Vista. I like nVidia cards so I would opt for the latest and greatest nVidia card you can buy. I like nVidia mostly because of their unified architecture and their driver updates affect all cards, not just the one in your computer so you can switch up without having to worry about getting new drivers.

Try this one at newegg. Comes with COD: World at War.

I'm currently using a ATI HD 4850 which is about the best single slot card you can get. However it does run hot it ran about 80c at idle I had to install an aftermarket cooler which brought the temps down to under 60c, but it also made it a double slot cooler. They are currently going for around $150 the 1GB version aren't really worth the extra money.(a lot of model with built in HDMI if needed)

You can also try out the Nvidia 9800gt if you are set on a single slot card it performs just as well if not better in some game and the stock cooler performs well. Their usually about $130.

Either of these two cards should fit your CPU perfectly and in the future you can get a second card if needed and perform relatively equal to the more expensive cards. The plus side to Nvidia is they have physic support.
