"Best Shopping Mall" can be relative, as a user can define that by what they're looking for, price range, and location. Having lived in Seattle for 20 years, I love Pacific Place in downtown, and it's surrounding stores throughout 3rd through 6th ave.
Bellevue Square Mall in Bellevue (just outside Seattle) is a "truer" mall that has tons of staple shops (Banana Republic, Eddie Bauer, Gap, JCrew, American Eagle, etc.) and also has tons of high-end stores (Aldo, Movado, Coach, Burberry, etc).
Redmond Town Center is an awesome outdoor mall that is very quaint and still upscale for its location.
If I were to go shopping, either to browse, buy, or hang out, the best shopping mall is tied between Bel-Square and Pacific Place/downtown. Now, if I were to bring my kids with me, then it would be Bel-Square or Redmond Town Center.
