I searched on google for gd domains and I noticed that many websites linked to http://www.adamsnames.com/ as being the one managing the gd domains and where you could buy them.
Adamsnames has resellers like http://www.innter.net
About http://www.modone.gd, i could not verify if it was valid domain provider or not. They do have a phone number on their website, which you can call up and ask them out.
