One of my quick (but quite unhealthy!) favourites is to fry the chicken, adding in some tomato purée and seasoning for flavour. Then boil some pasta, put the pasta on a place, layer of tomato-flavour pasta sauce then place the fillets on top.

Simple meal, can be make in less than 15 minutes, and tastes damn good!

You could also grill the chicken (George Foreman or similar) to be slightly healthier, and maybe a little salad on the side!

Go with whatever you like - experiment!!

I personally don't have any, I find the purée adds enough flavour, but an Oxo cube might be a good place to start

Are you looking for something easy and quick? Here are a few simple recipes that are easy to make.

1. Pour duck sauce over boneless chicken and cover with bread crumbs ( I like to use Jason's Bread Crumbs). You can leave the chicken whole or cut it into thin strips, either way works. Cook it uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

2. Dip chicken cutlets in thousand island dressing (or dressing of your choice) and coat it in bread crumbs (Jason Bread Crumbs). Put it on a cookie sheet and cook it at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

3. Marinate chicken cutlets in barbeque sauce. Cook it uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
