What is the best place to buy tea online?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

They also have lots of videos and other resources to help you learn about tea and the Samovar philosophy.
I've been a customer of theirs for years, and I wouldn't buy my tea anywhere else.

Huge selection, very cheap shipping, very reasonable prices (including many high-quality inexpensive teas, but also, they have some very high-ends teas too.) I think they're best for Indian teas, also have some good Chinese green teas. I'm less a fan of their Ceylon and Japanese greens.
If you want to locate more tea companies with other strengths, I run an interactive tea website which has a huge listing of different companies:

Holy crap they're expensive. They're like the Tiffany's of tea. I will try them out when I get some more money...
One annoying thing they do is sell teas by weight, but their recipes are all by volume so you can't figure out how much tea you can make. Or am I missing something?
