What is the best place in Salt Lake City to study?
I need a place with comfortable chairs, and preferably coffee, but that isn't necessary. Really, all I want is a comfortable chair with a desk in front of it so I can get away from my computer... and Mahalo. *note, comfy chair is a must or else I'd just ask my wife to hide my computer's power cable.
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I spoke to Benjamin at the Coffee Garden on Main St that is located inside the independent bookstore of Sam Wellers.
Sam Weller's
Zion Bookstore
254 South Main Street
Salt Lake City, UT 84101
(801)328-2586
He said that this bookstore has lots of nooks and areas with comfy chairs and lounges.

But as far as totally comfy, he says the Salt Lake City main library has multiple floors with over sized bean bag chairs and other comfortable chairs in front of fireplaces throughout the library.
Salt Lake City Library
577 S 900 W
Salt Lake City, UT 84104
(801) 524-8200
It looks cool! Wish I was there right now!

Hey thanks! I love the slc public library. I've studied at Sam Wellers too. I think my vote for comfiest chairs out of the two goes to SLC public though.
