What is the best Pinot Noir for under $20?

Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Pinot Noir Mendocino is supreme, and is only $16.00! Being my favorite wine for the price, I've researched this to see what makes it taste so good. The pinot grapes are grown on family-owned vineyards and the wine produced is a family-owned winery. Nice aroma of cherries, lavender, and woodsy cedar finishes with a bright tautness. Navarro is not often found in stores but you can order direct and the $16 gets more than you bargain for.

Here's the link and enjoy!

I'm a big fan of Concannon. Pinot Noir is my favorite from them. But, then again... I live near them and have been a member of their "club".

Yellow Tail Pinot Noir with the pink label. Depending on the year, a bottle ranges from about $7.99 on sale, to $15. Maybe it's more psychosomatic, but Yellow Tail in general has an optimal taste, as far as white wine goes.

Randomly selecting bottles of this particular brand of wine, and making a personal judgment on that perception. HA-ha.

We just did a massive budget wine tasting for our wedding & ended up with the absurdly named 47 Pound Rooster from Rex Goliath. An excellent choice in sub $15 bottle.
