We owned a condo many years ago. For me, the best part of living in a Condo was the amenities. The condos were right by a peaceful lake. There was a pool and a workout room.
The best part of living in a condo was not having to cut grass, rake leaves or shovel snow.
You just have to find a condo that has the amenities you want and the association fee is not too outrageous.
