what is the best online video editing service out there?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

edwardclint, while we appreciate your effort, it is, unfortunately again, inadequate and missed the entire question. we are looking for an online service, basically something like picnik.com for video, as explicitly stated in our initial question! We are not looking for a downloadable application! please consider carefully the questions asked and we kindly ask you to please verify your sources. It Takes more than just to paste the findings of your first best Google result, quite obviously. Thank you for your consideration.
You seem to rely on an outdated source. Videoegg is not offering these features anymore. Instead they are an advertising network now.
If that is the case, then I suggest you try Zwei-Stein, "free editing software works with Macs, PCs and and Linux systems. It's easy to download, with a colorful, sparse interface."

How about stashpace.com's stashbox online video editing, you can "edit scene bubble to easily adjust the video scene start and end points, select a scene thumbnail image, customize titles, and add tags to your video."
