What is the best survival kit you can buy for the buck ?
One that can be added to a already compiled BOB (bug out bag) or DIG (Dig in gear) ?

For my money I reccomend the Wilderness Guardian Survival Kit from ASE (Adventure Survival Equipment)
For under $200 you can get an outstanding basic kit(of course a personal survival kit needs to be customized per the individual needs)
We keep 1 in each of our vehicles and then both my wife and I have our individual kits, the dogs have kits of their own, which they carry along with additional gear.

I paticularly like this kits because of their compactness and diversity, plus the tough water resistant canvas tote is easy to grab and not to heavy to carry long distance if need be.
When it comes to such gear I am rather persnickity about what I endorse and this place is top notch gear for the money.
