What is the best movie you have seen lately? Any category.

Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I think the last film I seen that really hit me was Slumdog Millionaire, it had an essence of everything - comedy, violence and love.

I think there are some great films that are coming up. The new X-Men Film (X-Men Origins: Wolverine) looks brilliant (Sci-Fi) and Star Trek (Sci-Fi) which also looks good.

I am very excited for the next HP (Harry Potter - Magical/Adventure) which looks incredible. I know it was written for children but I love the series and I have read all the books. This film looks dark and the graphics look amazing. A must watch.

I think 2012, a film that will release at the end of the year will be brilliant. It's a similar version to The Day After Tomorrow, one of my favourite films. Another film I cannot wait to see.

Slumdog Millionaire is the best movie I have seen in a long, long time. I would highly recommend seeing that one.

If you're looking for a comedy, I would suggest I Love You Man. I think it was a great date movie (as long as you are both into stupid jokes and slapstick humor--similar to Forgetting Sarah Marshall).

I really enjoyed "Stardust," maybe because I had low expectations for it. It was very funny and enjoyable.
