What is the best MMORPG games that are available for free play?

Here's a few I've enjoyed:
1. Atlantica Online Turn-based, strategic fighting; you get to manage and control an entire party instead of one character. Really nice community features like guilds and nations.
2. Soul Master MMORTS - a blend of action-RPG with RTS elements.
3. Runes of Magic World of Warcraft clone but free to play. One of the better ones anyway.
