What is the best litebox type script that employs jquery and supports mixed video/image galleries?

The demo's online don't really show how much it can be customized. Off the shelf, it's great but when you really drill down into the code, there are a ton of things that you can do with it.
It meets all of your requirements and can even be packaged up / trimmed down to ensure that load speeds are maximized.
