What is the best health insurance plan for small business?
Hello. My personal individual health insurance plan is about to expire and we are looking at hiring a new employee. The new employee needs healthcare coverage, so I will need to cover him and myself. We don't currently offer healthcare plans and we are under 5 people (in the US).
Any suggestions on where to start looking? What do I look for? How do I get the best rates and best benefits?

I suggest you take a good look at the group insurance product of ehealthinsurance.com. By having a group insurance helps you in keeping the best employees and the premiums paid maybe considered as tax deductible.
You can get custom quotes from ehealthinsurance, you just specify your business zip code, number of employees and the type of insurance coverage.
