What is the best form of natural relief for Ulcerative Colitis and IBS?
I currently take Anti-inflammatory drugs (for colitis) and Anti Spasmodics (for IBS).
I would like to reduce my medication this year and would like to hear your suggestions for naturally relieving the symptoms of these conditions.
Please state sources too where more information is required.
Thanks
