most doctors would reccommend a diet that is low in saturated fat, high in fruits and vegetables, and preferably low in red meat. recent studies have shown that a mediterannian diet, in which most of the fat comes from olive oil, is associated with longer survival.

Usually a diet that has a lot of organic leafy greens, such as spinach and romain, and are high in vitamin d and your omega oils is considered a healthy diet. stay away from processed foods and processed sugar.
