What is the best flash player to use if you were going to make a video streaming site?
What would be good for users adding comments on the video,the comments showing up in the video timeline, and you can view the comment by hovering over the dot in the timeline?
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

Most websites use two main players. Both players have open source and commercial versions.

I have use both in the past, try both to see witch one you think is best. As far as comments in the timeline you would have to write a plugin for the player or look at a third-party service and just embed.
