What is the best diet or healthy way to lose 15 pounds fast?

My sister is going to a dance and wants to lose 15 pounds within a couple weeks. I am worried that she'll just be unhealthy and starve herself to fit into the dress. How can she lose the weight fast, without it being harmful?

There are two healthy ways to lose weight - diet and exercise.

Do not fix a time frame to reduce weight. Firstly concentrate on your diet and plan it carefully and follow it accordingly.Do not opt for junk food, high caloric food.Make a habit of eating vegetable salads before one hour of your meals. Reduce the quantity of carbohydrates in your diet. Go for a walk for about an hour after the dinner. Practice Exercising.And also better to practice meditation.
