What is the best countertop oven to buy?
Our oven broke and we've decided instead of fixing or replacing it, we'd like to purchase a small oven to place on our counter top. We don't cook much but need something for frozen pizzas and broiling or baking meats and fish. We also don't want to spend a lot of money.
