You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I recommend "Super Mesh Chair with Mesh Back and Mesh Fabric Seat" available at amazon for $199.99 only.

This chair is a great compromise for those looking for proper back support and comfortable seating. It doesn't cost a fortune but it certainly isn't cheap. The chair is easy to assemble but the assembly instructions are poor. Don't let that stop you from buying the chair though, the comfort offered far out weighs the poor assembly experience. If you are like me and spend 10 plus hours a day in front of a computer you will not regret buying this chair. "

I like to use an exercise ball. It's great for your posture and your core muscles.

I think the only way is like when you're buying a bed, go to as many stores as you can stand and try them out.I have found that just because an item has a high price ,it is not always the best value for money.Good Luck!
