What is the best book to learn Keyboard Piano?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I taught myself keyboard.
I got some VERY simple song books (like kid's disney books) with no chords. Just something that was cheap and appealed to me. Familiar songs so I could learn timing as well. I looked online to figure out where a key was... I used G, which is the first white key between two black keys.

And the note on the second to bottom line of the treble staff.
Then, I just took songs slowly. I looked at the music and looked at the book to figure out what was going on. I eventually printed off more music to take on more complicated songs (without chords). Then I started again with a very easy song WITH chords. It's hard to co-ordinate but just takes practice.
I don't have any specific titles to recommend, but try a site like this http://www.gopiano.com/ or search up free online piano lessons. Go in to a store and ask what books they recommend. It might be a good idea to take a lesson or two to start, which can be done fairly cheap :)
