what is the best bar setup for a wedding party of +/- 100 people?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Vodka - Either go with a large bottle of medium quality or do top shelf / mixer grade e.g. big bottle of Stoli or 1 bottle of Grey Goose 1 bottle Sky

Gin - Sapphire or an artisan blend

Scotch - Glenlivet or Johnny walker (black)

Triple Sec - Orange flavored liquor

Rum - Nothing fancy here, just a mixer quality, Bacardi will work

Captain Morgan's

Orange Juice
Pineapple juice
Club Soda
Tonic water
7-up
Coke
Diet Coke

The vodka, gin and rum are all for mixer drinks, although you could get a request for a martini or two. If you think this is your crowd, then get the good stuff and pick up some dry vermouth and green olives.

It is always nice to have Scotch on hand for appearance and for a straight pour of good whisky.

With the ingredients listed above you can make drinks such as:
Rum and Coke
Long Island Iced Tea
Martini's
Gin and Juice (if I'd have known it was going to be this kind of party)
My favorite is to mix orange, pineapple and gin together with a little club soda.
Gin and tonic
Captain and coke
Captain and pineapple

You will also want to have plenty of limes, lemons and maybe cherries on hand. The juice from a jar of maraschino cherries is great for kids drinks like a shirley temple.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.
