What is the benefit of the 100% synchronisation in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood?
I've just started playing Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, and I've noticed that each sequence has a sub-goal, like 'catch the courier within one minute'. You can progress without making that bonus target, but you only get 50% synchronisation for that memory part.
Is that in any way harmful, and are there benefits to reaching 100% synchronisation for the memory sequences?

Well if you can 100% sync everything in one whole sequence you get the Perfect recall trophy. When you get 100% Sequences, you unlock "hidden" memories like Ezio and Cristina memories(marked as broken hearts on the map). Also you when you revisit memories, you have the option of using "cheat" codes.
