What is that thing that dispenses soft drinks at bars called?

It's called a Soda Gun. I used to have to set them up and clean them at my dad bar.

Wikipedia has a page on them. They basically mix syrup with carbonated water at the gun. The restaurant gets mini-kegs of syrup that are attached downstairs. They tend to get junked up.
