Camomile tea is made from the dried flowers of camomile. You can dry all sorts of plants and flowers to make herbal teas, and you can make these teas from your own herb garden. Mint tea is a very popular tea, and easy to make yourself. Just pick the fresh mint. and hang upside down in a dark or shady room, when the mint is dried out, just crumble and put in your tea infuser.
