Servings: 12 Servings
Ingredients
* 2 cups Water
* 1 cup Coffee creamer
* 1 pound Velveeta cubed
* 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon Onion powder
* 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
* 2 teaspoon Dry mustard
* 1/2 cup Flour
* 1 teaspoon Lemon juice optional
* 3/4 cup Salsa optional
* 1/3 cup Chili without beans
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except cheese in a blender. Add to large pot on medium heat. Add cubed cheese. Stir often until cheese is melted. Cheese dip will thicken as it cooks.
