Hi @chillcon65! Oracle Open Office which was known before as StarOffice is Oracle's office suite software packege that was developed originally by StarDivision which was acquired by Sun Microsystems in August of 1999.
Oracle Open Office supports the OpenOffice.org XML file format that included OpendDocument standard which can generate PDF and Flash formats. It also has templates, a macro recorder and a software development kit
The programs included are:
*Oracle Open Office Writer which is a word processor
*Oracle Open Office Calc which is a spreadsheet
*Oracle Open Office Impress, a presentation program
*Oracle Office Draw which is a drawing program
*Oracle Open Office Base, a database program
*Oracle Open Office Math which is a formula generator
