It's part of Oprah's job to remain as neutral as possible so the most people will be able to watch her show and partake of the other products and services she's affiliated with (magazine/network/radio station/etc.) without perceiving much bias on her part either way. So it's tough to find a statement that outlines exactly how she feels.
That said, she supported Obama's run for president very publicly and proactively, and his stance is for abortion to be legal and safe for those who go down that road. Also, see the below link to a program on the Oprah satellite radio station...wasn't hosted by Oprah but by host Marianne Williamson, who "believes abortion should be legal, but not easy-on-demand. She proposes a system of 'speed bumps,' where a woman would have to attend three completely neutral counseling sessions (no deviation from the script) where all her options would be carefully explained to her. If at the end of those three sessions, she still chose to have an abortion then the process would be legal."
May not be Oprah's exact stance but Ms. Williamson is certainly Oprah-approved...
