What is one good movie that came out this year for women?

I missed the "one" good movie the first time I read this lol Oh well, I watched a lot of movies last month because my cabel tv was out. If I had to stick to one suggestion it would be Ink. It was fairly low budget but very well done. One of those movies that leaves a lasting impression. However warning, it is not exactly kid appropriate.

M$I looked around a bit - and found a few interesting web sites including; http://www.wifti.org/ (women in film international) and http://www.wmm.com/ (women make movies). These sites feature information and news about independent films and filmmakers as well as more mainstream movies and actors and the filmmaking industry as a whole.
Below (video) is a perspective on why - perhaps - we don't see too many films for women, about women or that women really (truly) enjoy watching. it is about something called the "Bechdel Test" that can be used to determine female character presence in a movie. In short, to perform the Bechdel Test when you see a movie, simply ask these questions while you are watching the film: Are there two or more female characters in the film? Do the female characters talk to one another? Do they talk about any subject other than a man or men?
I've seen some rumors about a possible Wonder Woman movie, the DC Comics hero, to be adapted to the screen, which; if done well, could be interesting. Yet again - it could be really, really bad.

M$There's a new female director (Kelly Reichardt) that has a promising movie called Meek's Cutoff. http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSTRE6840S720100905
There seem to be less and less films for women that come out in the summer. Those seem to be all reserved for men and children. (sorry, but I don't count Hollywood romance as film for women).
I was a little surprised when I saw Robin Hood this summer. Cate Blanchett did a stunning role of Maid Marian and even put on some armor and fought in the battle sequence. She proved to be just as 'bad ass' as Russel Crowe. That was a small treat for women to see this summer.
So keep your eyes and ears out for Meek's Cutoff. It sound like it will be a unique Western from the perspective of women and directed by women. (couldn't find a trailer... yet)
See you at the movies!

Not sure what your definition of "marketed to women" is though.
