What is my job title be? (I have to fill out some forms)
I work for a small business. Here are the things I do on a regular basis: Manage computer systems (monitor, repair, update/upgrade), Shipping & Receiving, Order Entry, Reconcile Bank Accounts, Create/design printed catalogs (including 75% of image acquisition aka photography), update/manage website (add new products), also update back-end system with new products. Work trade shows, like the NY Gift Show, I sell the product along side our sales reps because I know it so well.
Any Idea? lol This company would have a hard time running itself without me.
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

It shows you do something with technology, implies that you have quite a lot of authority and responsibility, yet is vague enough to not exclude things like Shipping and Receiving or sales. Sounds impressive on business cards and paperwork too.
Other possibilities:
Imply that you run the place without owning it:
- General Manager and Technologist
- Technical Manager
- Director of Sales and Technology
- Sales and Technical Support Manager
- Sales and Technical Support Associate
- Head Geek in Charge
- Tech Guru and Operations Manager

M$When I was an operations manager I did most of those jobs. Perhaps you could say Operations Manager.
