What is "modulistic" terror?
This is used in the lyrics to a slayer song, and I am almost certain it is a made up word.

The word "modulistic" would indicate to me the pieces or "modules" of the writer that are being destroyed or eaten.. the modules of self that are being eaten away in a "vast sadistic feast".. a very scary "terroristic" vast sadistic feast that is inescapable to the writer of the lyrics.

You know Stephen I was watching the movie Identity this morning and the movie parallels these lyrics. The killer, the insane man in the chair with the 10 different identities, was a victim of an self-interior "modulistic terror" and the scenes in the movie where the doctor and his colleagues witness the killing off of 9 of these 10 identities was the "vast sadistic feast" and in the end the only way for Malcom Rivers to exit was going piece by piece... identity by identity.
