What is it like for American civilians to work and live at the US Embassy in Iraq?

Do all of the Americans live in hooches? How do the Americans that live and work there dress? Do they wear shorts in the summer? How safe are the Americans at the embassy? Is it true that the Americans work 70-80 hours per week?
