i was going to say essentially very similar things. video should be at the top...cleanup a bit, and i'd add a list of the movies she has been in. i don't think there are too many related links if they are all other bollywood actors and actresses. any longer than this and i would want to see it broken up into categories of links.
for Linking Webpages
there are some ofther things you might want to do to clean this up a bit. you have several typos throughout the page.
your tips should be small little bits of information, not full sentences with examples and photos.
you could add more to this page. it is a bit sparse and you don't explain a lot of the terms you are using. the possibility is high that if they don't know how to link using HTML, they probably won't know what Anchor text is either...just as an example
and as far as changing the name... how to pages can only be built by the how to team, and they have to be pre-approved. it is essentially a how to page, so i'd run it by @lon and see what he says about it.
other than those things, i think you are doing great at having relevant information and filling in each section.

- move the featured video up a bit. It'll keep people on your page.
- cleanup the Amazon section. Remove products that aren't related, or remove the section entirely if there aren't enough relevant products.
- list fewer pages under "Related Pages." Google doesn't like big loads of links clumped together.
Linking Webpages:
- personally, I'd ask one of the Mahalo staff members to change the page title for you, since it's a how to. Perhaps something like "How to Link Webpages"? That'll probably get you more traffic from Google and other search engines.
- Remove the second tips section in the sidebar. It looks like the second tips section only includes a title.
- Add some related pages to that page. Things like HTML might be helpful to include in that section.
Other than those minor suggestions, your pages look great!
