There are horseradish sauces, grated horseradish to use for cooking, its great with seafood and asian sauce dishes. Fresh it is very strong and wonderful to use straight from the garden, dried it is more versatile because you can add it to almost any dish to add hotness and tang! without overwhelming the other flavors.

Horseradish and Celery Potatoes Recipe
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
•3 large white rose potatoes, peeled and diced
•1 medium celery root, peeled and diced
•1 teaspoon kosher salt
•1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
•1-1/2 Tablespoons horseradish, grated
•2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
•1 ounce chives, chopped fine
Preparation:
Peel dice and steam potatoes and celery root till tender. Drain and process through a food mill.
Whip with butter, salt, pepper, and horseradish. Fold in chives. Keep warm and pipe at service.
Yield: 4 servings

Here is a simple horseraddish recipe ;
Horse raddish spread/sauce/dip(can be used as a spread on toasts or as a dip or as a sauce in beef or chicken recipes.
1 cup peeled and cubed horseradish root
3/4 cup white vinegar
2 teaspoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Procedures :

In an electric food processor or blender, process horseradish root, vinegar, sugar and salt. Carefully remove the cover of the processor or blender, keeping your face away from the container. Cover and store the horseradish in the refrigerator.
