In gestational surrogacy a women carries intended parents’ biological child. In it, surrogate mother works as a career. It is the most popular form of surrogacy for its success rates and in this form intended parents can become parents of their biological child. As law favors it, it is impossible for a surrogate mother to suddenly "change her mind" at birth.
