Yes, you can return video games to GameStop as long as you have the sales receipt. The store return policy is that the product must be in its original package. Everything that came with it such as wires, manuals, and attachments must be intact. They will replace an item if something is wrong with it, but it may not be the exact same as the item you purchased.
If the item is computer hardware or a gaming system, you must return it within 30 days of purchase. After that, refer to the manufacturer’s warranty.
Like any other store, they will not allow returns if the item is opened (plastic is removed), used, damaged, has parts missing, not in the packaging it came in, or if the sales receipt is more than 30 days old.
