Boilo comes from Pennsylvania, and is a celebratory drink, usually made during Christmas and New Years. It is usually made with moonshine, but due to the difficulty in getting your hands on this, boilo can also be made with whiskey. You'll need a couple of oranges and lemons and will squeeze the juice out of these and into a crock pot. Cut up the remains of the fruit and stir it all up with some raisins, honey and whatever spices you like (Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, and seeds). Let this all cook for a few hours until the chunks of fruit have virtually disappeared. Once it is cooked, strain out all the liquid and add the whiskey (or moonshine). It is best served hot. There are other recipes too, so I'll give you the site I used.
