What is better: DDR3 1GB (VRAM) or DDR2 4GB?
Also, what is VRAM. I need this info to make a laptop purchase decision.

VRAM is video RAM., This is separate from your computer's main RAM and will come into play mostly on games like first person shooters where you need high frame rates. DDR3 RAM is faster than DDR2, but you can only use whatever sort of RAM your motherboard is designed for.
