What is a worm hole? Are all worm holes black holes?

Explain how a black hole fits the 3D structure of a worm hole. What does the space/time model of a worm hole look like?

Two black holes, connected...would just form a very large black hole. And by definition, a black hole has a center of extremely high mass, and thus a gravitational pull TOWARDS the center. Nothing can move away from it once it passed the event horizon, and if two black holes were to be connected in some way...it would just form a massive black hole...no worm hole. That you just see in a science fiction movie.
