If you are a fast typer, weel could also be a misspelled word for week, wheel, or ween, but I will not try to play mindreader on this one. WEEL could also be an acronym for Working for Equality and Economic Liberation. In the English dictionary, weel is defined as a Scottish term for well.
I hope this helps, and welcome to Mahalo!

M$However, it is the name of a small English village, probably named after a local weel.
Since you ask what is "a weel" the only correct answer is "a deep pool".
note:
The Scots word weel is not what you are asking about as it is an adjective or adverb not a noun.
The Urban dictionary meaning is worthless, as that source is completely unreliable and anyone can enter anything on it at any time.
There is no reason to say it could be anything just because the answerer doesn't know the meaning and can't be bothered looking it up.

M$A deep pool? As in a "well?" Yes, this is the definition given in the English dictionary, as mentioned in my answer above. By your own admission, this is an Old English word that is seldom used anymore. With that in mind, one would have to look for more modern uses of the word in order to determine if there is some sort of existential meaning among any group of people today.
Slang words are those that are invented by people. Some slang words eventually make their way into English dictionaries, and are then accepted as mainstream words. Each year, Merriam Webster adds new words to the dictionary based upon what has come to be accepted as common interpretations of slang. Did you know that words like "ain't," "bacn," "cougar," and "whale tail" have already been added to the English dictionary? Each year, a list of newly-added words is published in the World Almanac.
While slang words may be something invented by people, many words that are now included in the English dictionary were also once slang. The urban dictionary has come to be accepted as the world's largest online dictionary of slang words. While some of the interpretations may be off the mark, and definitions are provided by contributors, a dictionary of slang words defined by the people who created those words is the best source for defining a slang word such as "weel."

M$I beg to differ. While everyone may know about the kind of wheel that doctordidi is describing here, there are in fact different meanings for the word "wheel." A lottery wheel is not a round structure, but instead a mathematical method. Furthermore, "the wheel" can be reinvented at any given time. I think doctordidi's definition makes the bold assumption that the asker did in fact intend to type "wheel" instead, which may in fact be the case. Until the asker weighs in here, we do not really know what the intention was.
The question is about "weel" not "wheel". Everyone knows what a wheel is, except perhaps a few tribes in the deepest Amazon jungle.

M$This is a completely irrelevant and unhelpful answer.
Yes, I apologize. It happened accidently. I was trying to learn how to put pictures on my answers, and this came up, and didn't know how to delete it. It's the only pic that worked. But thanks for giving the correct answer, I must admit I have never heard this word before.
I guess it could be anything!

Urban dictionary is utterly unreliable. Anyone can enter anything there with no checking or accountability.
Nope, that's definitely not me.
This other one is more likely to be me as a baby, I can't remember what I looked like then but I probably had plenty of facial hair.
Ah, @albanian! How I've missed you so. You're right. I'm busted. The Urban Dictionary is an utterly unreliable source for a definition of a seemingly non-existent word. Holy Taco is another one of those sites that I would consider "unreliable" in terms of sources for questions that require well-researched and factual answers, but it still makes me laugh my ass off. Happy Holidays, Albanian!! And Cheers!! ;)
(Is that you with the smallish guitar there? Cute!)
Lol...Super cute! The baby Jesus as a Boston Terrier. *looks stage left* "Can we get a fully-bearded English bulldog puppy instead?" ;)
I was thinking more like this:
Most people don't know this, but the Ewoks have a stronghold in Germany, and they return every year to celebrate Oktoberfest. :) We have not been graced with a true photo of you here yet on Mahalo, but this is what I envisioned. :)
