The Modbook pro is a tablet version of the Macbook Pro. What Axiotron does is they take an actual Macbook pro and reconfigure it into a tablet Mac for you. The Mod book gives you can use a pen to write or draw on the Modbook and also use your fingers for the multitouch on the screen, like Apple does with the iPhone and iPod Touch. The cool thing with the touch feature is that Axiotron has something called Synergy Touch, which lets the user be using the pen as well as multitouch with your finger at the same time.
The price of the Modbook does not come cheap. If you provide your own Macbook pro, it will set you back $3049, if you don't and you want to buy one through Axiotron you will be paying $4698.
So there you have it. I personally don't have one, but have seen one demoed before. They look really cool, but with Apple coming out with the iPad, I see no need to get one. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any more questions.
